 By registering, users are able to create their personal profile and add other members as their own friends.

Gegli was founded by Mohammad Hajarian. He decides to create an innovation, to have both social and dating services in one website, as he believes that dating websites are so limited and social networks are so boring. On the other hand, he decided to help people find new friends all around the world.

To control their privacy, Gegli enables users to control their own privacy settings and choose who can see specific parts of their profile. Members can also create and join groups that they are interested in. Gegli announces the birthday of its users, so they can congratulate their friends with greeting cards and messages. In Gegli, users can upload an unlimited number of photos and they are able to restrict the groups of users that can see them.
